This Mountain Red blend is a fine mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan and Grenache. For 2015 we reduced a bit the Cabernet Sauvignon and added some Malbec, improving the blend just even more. This is a unique blend and the uncommon marriage of these varietals differentiates Sayang Wines in its quest for surprising and modern quality wines. Red bell peppers, dark fruit and a hint of spices play in perfect harmony. Medium bodied, this refined easy drinking blend will provide you a yummy satisfying sensation.

Enjoy this wine as a standalone drink and with all kinds of food from traditional to fusion cuisine. Serve at 18° C.

This is a French, Languedoc Roussillon, Vin de France wine from a chalk and clay terroir, unoaked.

What people note down during tasting:
Shining deep garnet-red with bright red tints.Red bell peppers in the back, dark fruit and a hint of spices in the front, all playing in perfect harmony. Fruity nose with ripe blackcurrant, liquorish, blackberries and strawberries. Good attack on the palate with round and soft tannins. Fruity impressions ending in a yummy medium long fi nish.
